Thread was owner error. Summer tires mean 40 degrees and up, especially if mounting backwards and silly crap like that.

didn't read that far into the thread... but bridgestone's reply that they can crack when cold still worries me. lots of pot holes on my way to/from work.

Ive been gone a while as this thread had died... never did stop riding tho.
Rode in in the light rain on tuseday while it was in the lower 40s, well worth it for the afternoon @ 55
This morning... The kicker is I was here for 6am
as for the comments on gear I'm only wearing a mesh jacket with the wind/rain liner in it and a old navy pull over under it, added the riding boots to the commute b/c my ankles were getting hella cold with the jeans riding up and a pair of "dress gloves" under my mechanics gloves. Only thing I hate is that my hands get stupid cold, the last 5 min or so of the ride when its below 30.
been thinking on getting a pair of petrol gloves; they seem fairly legit.
so is a photo of getting gas the current challenge?
