2007 Mazdaspeed 3 Turbo - 6 speed

Clean 07 mazdaspeed 3 (NOT A MAZDA 3.) with 124k on body, 62k on motor. Has new turbo, motor mounts, engine with 62k, and other factory stuff (will post when I remember) all factory and I have receipts for everything put in by Mazda dealership. Factory stereo with Bose sound system with AUX jack. 3 owners, one adult male and one adult female. Clean title no accidents . No lowballers, price is negotiable, no free rides have cash in hand.

............Could you have atleast gave it a quick rinse before pictures?? I can't tell if the body is any good below all that snow/salt.
Also, any engine bay pics?? What are the current issues?? Why was the engine swapped to begin with??
Need a bit more info on this. Looking for a new DD.

Here's an engine bay picture .

No current issues, it doesn't have any lights on the dash . Just testing waters ATM .
Engine was swapped because the first female (this is coming from the previous owner) let her son use it for a few months and he drove the hell out of it and blew the engine . He bought it from her as is and replaced the engine, turbo, and motor mounts (and a list of other things like shocks, wheels, swaybars bushing, etc). He sold it because it's difficult to drive in traffic .
He works at the Mazda dealership in Woodbridge and it was all put in professionally.
