So I have to follow that battery wire all the way through the oem harness till I find the problem or is there an easier way? Thanks for the help btw

The ACC reads 13v, so the battery is fine. It sounds like you've got a partially blown fuse or some other type of bad connection on the constant power obviously, or a bad splice. Look for wire connections twisted together and electrical taped with no proper mechanical/electric method of joining them, which Honda owners are especially known for doing. Poorly modified electrical systems are super common with used Hondas that have been passed around during their 20 year life.

Hell yeah I know what you mean. There were so many random wires through the car that I removed that weren't hooked up to anything. But I will double check the fuses today

So I went wire chasing today and found over 100ft of random wires throughout the car.
