Swapped, supercharged EJ6
Name: James
Location: Charlottesville
Means of contact: PM/Text - 4 three 4 76O 0210
Price: $3500
Description:
1998 Civic sedan. This car is unique, and I mean REALLY unique, not that "I put diamonds on it and slammed it" bullshit. It's a little rough, and needs more love than I can give it anymore. NO TRADES. Save your time and mine, and please don't offer.
Engine:
B18B1 swap
Wiseco 9.6:1 pistons
Eagle rods
ARP head and main studs
ACL bearings
Cometic complete bottom and top end gasket kits
All OEM covers
Gates timing belt
Gates water pump
OEM tensioner
Crower 403 cams, not installed, but will come with the car
Built by me with Torco MPZ assembly lube
Broken in by me with Torco SAE 30 TBO changed after first warm up and at 50 miles
Currently on Mobil One Synthetic 5W30
roughly 500 miles on the motor
Transmission:
OEM Civic Type R transmission
OEM LSD
Torco RTF
Exedy ITR stock clutch
OEM LS flywheel
No transmission issues. Bought from a friend who had it since it came off the boat.
Boost:
Jackson Racing Supercharger kit
10 PSI pulley
Minor issue: Bypass valve is only holding 4 PSI. Professionally tuned for the 10 PSI it should be making. Made roughly 150 WHP on 4 PSI, professionally tuned, and yes, I have the dyno sheet. A new bypass valve actuator is $80, and should fix that issue.
Exhaust:
4-1 header
2.5" piping
High flow catalytic converter and resonator
Thrush Turbo muffler
Brakes:
Integra LS rear disc conversion
Brembo blank rotors
Hawk HPS rear pads
Hawk HP+ front pads
Wheels:
Black Racing Pro N1's
15x6.5 +43
Bronze
Hankook Ventus V2 Concept tires
about 5/32 of tread left, plenty to drive on safely, wearing evenly.
Interior:
Black leather interior conversion. Not a stock option in America. Just needs a dash and plastics to be complete.
Acura CL-S front seats. Power seats, have the wires for heat, but not wired. Small cuts in bottom of seat, but bolsters are in great condition.
Acura EL rear seats. Came from Canada. Great condition.
Acura EL doors. Power window conversion, works great. Switches are there for power lock conversion, and I have the power lock box, but haven't wired it. I'll even give you the wiring diagram for it.
Black carpet.
Some interior plastics have been plastidipped black, some haven't. Most are not installed, but will come with the car.
Headlights:
Projector retrofit
Morimoto FX-R 3.0's
Morimoto HID kit, 4500k bulbs, 55W ballasts
There are other little supporting mods here and there that I'm forgetting, but I have put a lot of time, money, and effort into this car. I was originally planning on going turbo before I installed the blower, so I also have a T3 Drag log manifold. The engine was built to handle 400 WHP - put a good turbo on it, or aftercool the blower and swap pulleys, and it can scare you. I have a bunch of extra parts, extra HID bulbs, turbo manifold, bunch of other random parts, and they all come with the car. Even on only 150 WHP, it puts you back in your seat with the tight CTR transmission. I've loved this car, but I'm moving to a new apartment, bought a new car, and I just can't justify holding onto the Civic anymore. Come take care of it, turn it into something amazing, or part it out and make a profit, I don't care. It's just time I moved on.

Re: Swapped, supercharged EJ6
I thought about it, I just have no interest in driving the car anymore, so I don't want to spend any more time or money on it than necessary. The part is cheap, but you have to remove the blower to install it. For the right buyer, I might be convinced to put a new bypass valve on though.
