1998 Civic EX Coupe (auto/running shell)

This is a 1998 Civic Coupe Ex Automatic with a Clean Title and about 210k on original motor and transmission. Other than the CD player, this thing is stock. It does turn on with no problem and can be driven. 1st gear is shot (slips) so I start in 2nd. About 1 out of 5 times, when shifting from 3rd to 4th, it stays in 3rd. I'd pull over, start from 0 and that usually works. That's the major problems. Can be driven home!!
(Bad)
- leaks oil
- windows leak
- cracked windshield
- old inspection
- hit 2 deer on driver side (dents on most panels)
- hood release broken but still can be operated
- needs tires asap
- cd player might as well be a potato (it works)
- (there is stuff I am forgetting but will add)
(Good)
- pretty sure it has a clean carfax
- seats and interior are in good condition. No tears
- a/c and head work
- have all 4 original Honda Hubcaps/steelies
- replaced radiator within last year
- replaced drive axle recently. other axle is about 2 years old
- replaced internals on distributor
- plugs and wires within last year
- lots of new (oem) suspension parts replaced
- replaced head gasket by Josh Trainham about 6 months ago
