IC pipe beading

IC pipe beading
Does anybody know of any local shops(hampton roads) that do IC pipe beading(add a raised rim at the ends of the IC pipe to help prevent the couplers from coming off under boost).
On previous builds, I have had a welded bead put on but I would prefer not to do that again. If all else fails I guess I could though.
Thanks
