Any ideas on stripping chrome off of wheels?

Default Any ideas on stripping chrome off of wheels?

So i bought a set of 300zx wheels that are somewhat chrome. I was wondering if anyone knew an easy way of stripping the already chipping chrome off of the wheels? thanks.

Sandblast & Paint maybe? Well that may pit the wheels.

yea, i tried that las night and let it sit onthere for like 30 minutes and it still didn't work. anyone else got any ideas?
