Default Inline Pro Civic in haymarket??

yesterday i was driving along route 15 on my way to get some lunch, and I had to turn around at the golf course in haymarket and I saw a red EK hatch that looked stock on the outside except for an Inline Pro sticker on it, I dont normally see cars like that out here, so I was just wondering if that person lives out here...

Don't get too excited, a lot of cars have InlinePRO stickers when they're not even in Inline , nor affiliated with Inline.

is it super lowered, has a carbon fiber front lip, and looks to have the stock civic hx rims?...if so...he don't look like he got anything but exterior work. His car was worked on for a lil oil change next to my bay when i was workin on another car at my old job "gainsville goodyear". I doubt he has anything, he was doing a few revs and holeshots but i doubt its anything to be feared by nor impressed lol ......*cough* ricer

Just wondering, why do you capitalize every word in your sentence? Is that JDM? It's worse enough people don't bother capitalizing the first word in thei sentences, but this is just ridiculous.
