Does anyone know what is acceptable knock. I get some erratic readings from my SR20. When its hot ass shit out, i get like 40 knk. When its not too hot im around 0-6. I have no frickin idea what to expect from the readings now. I dont want to damage my engine b/c i just turned up the boost.

Well I would expect that you have low knock...

 

Can you physically hear the knocking during anytime? If so turn down the boost. If not I wouldn't worry. It will sound like bb's in a can.
