nah james does not do repairs. he only does replacements.
he tried to get his discount for me but couldnt. its $50 to fix.

 

I took my truck to the carwash on lynnhaven and holland and they did it for $30. They have an inhouse automotive glass shop.

I am not sure, but I thought after a repair, you can barely see the chip/crack. Mine you can still see it like before the repair, but it wont spread any more. They will replace the windshield at no charge if it happens.

 

whoever repairs it, theyll just drill a hole at the center and fill it with material. Itll end up looking like a dime. Thats better than paying $300 for a new windsheild.

 

the dude that did my window before fixed it and all you can see its a little ass spec, and it was a pretty nasty rock chip.

They only drill a hole if the resin can't be forced into the glass.
