look for some catco stuff Ian, they use the long life metallicsubstrate that they use in newer cats that lasts ALOT longer than the stockers ever did. they are also some of the best flowing TRUE catalytic convertors. only problem is you'll pay a lil' bit for em. but if legal is where it's at, go catco.

i went to midas and had them put a cat and a cheap stock muffler on my car. 190$ for parts/labor. its quiet as stock and helps the environment too.

Hey Ian why dont you just ask your dad to find you a cheap place to do it. I mean with all his conections in the auto world he should be able to get it done supper cheap. If not a cat and labor should be around 100-200 parts and labor.
