I own a bunch of 240s, so I have to go American and Euro here.

American: (two choices here)

1.) Corvette ZR-1, the ultimate American car. Only nazis don't like ZR-1's.

2.) 1994-1996 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham, comes from the factory with an LT1 Corvette engine (260hp, 335lb/ft, easy to mod), RWD. Impala SS Suspension and Brakes bolt right on. The ultimate long haul road trip car.

European:

No tie here, just one easy choice. BMW 3.0 CSL, the classiest car ever to come out of Germany:

Japanese - wingless MKIV supra setup for road course w/ smaller twin setup
Euro - BMW 850 V12... I like the look and they're rare.

23.5k MSRP fully loaded, add one of the many turbo kits for the Ecotec motor and you have a 300hp roadster for less than 30k total.
