Where does he look for this stuff? what roads? I drive a 96 crown vic (ex detectives car) I've got an intake, throttle body, 93 octane tune, no cats, exhaust chopped at the rear axel with downturns, msd and a few other goodies... never got pulled for exhaust yet, been around a year... It's pretty load too, especially when pulling from a light.

It's pretty safe to say that if your car doesn't look like it should be as loud as it is or have the exhaust that it does, then your ass is getting pulled.
