and how do you check to see if they're taken or not??never knew you could check(never had a personal plate)

Just go to the Virginia DMV website and click on "purchace plates" or something like that on the right hand side. Then you will have an option to create a plate. It will say if it is available or taken. If it is too offensive or something like that,the letters will not even show up and it will say that it isn't available.

DNTH8M8 (dont hate, mate) , H8BLCKS (hate blacks, or hate blocks .. ) <---not recommended though),
NOOCIFR (no occifer aka officer), BLOWTHS (blow this) , H82W84U (hate to wait for you), I8URGRL (i ate your girl ) , DNKYPCH (donkey punch).....can keep goin if yallwould like....
