Ill answer them all. Wags thats funny. You say you should run 10's but you havent run it yet??? I dont understand why you havent run it yet? As for the others sayin I would only run mid 12's haha. Think what you like. Like I said you show the money I will race.

i arrived at the mid 12s conclusion based on what i have personally seen.. i have seen a turbo b18c hatch that runs about mid 13s... several of them actually in my area, they all run about the same.. then there's altered atmosphere's drag civic.. it ran a 12.8 @ 14PSI on a huge turbo that i can't remember the specs of at the moment.. they used an AEM EMS t otune it as well (371hp i believe it was) ... you say you run 1 bar, which i am pretty sure is about 16 PSI.. so make it a little faster than the 12.8 they ran.. (12.0 on slicks).. and i come up with a guess of mid to low 12s on the street, and mid to high 11s on slicks.. altered atmosphere knows waht they are doing.. the logic makes sense to me.. if there's something i'm missing go ahead and correct me..

The reason i say i havent run mine yet is b/c i just had all the engine work done and took it from 450rwhp to 650rwhp and am still finishing up some additional mods on it (going FMIC rather than my HKS SMICs, doing border 850 injector/rail kit, and a custom widebody rear w/ 18x12 HRE 540's and 18x9 fronts) - i just got her back from 2 of the biggest car shows of the year and took 1st in both - i built her to be a balls to the wall fun car that would be a show stopper - a 650rwhp national show winner (getting ready to be a multi mag cover car) is pretty good.
I say mid to hi 10's cuz i have fellow Z freiends w/ basically the same set up that run that left and right.
btw - i didnt build my car to be a 1/4mile queen - i built her to be huge hp, fast, fun, and beautiful - the 1/4mile doesnt intereest me and i've put $50k into my Z in the past 2 years in the upgrades and re-creation (not including the cost of the Z since i bought it over 5 years ago)

Turbo Hatchy: You started shit by claiming to be the fastest import around. That was your first mistake. Trying to get everyone to race you because you *THOUGHT you had the fastest car around. That was your second mistake.
and you don't respect anybody elses reply because you think they dont have a fast enough car, or they dont have a 11 second car? no buddy, that was your 3rd mistake.
I respect those with fast/clean cars and/or those who have the knowledge to back it up. those indivduals strive to learn more in order to better themselves as a indivdual or better their own passion for the automotive industry without condescension and pretension. everybody here as far as I know deserves that same respect.

Wagz, Your car is on a totally different level than any car on this board with its completeness in every area. I do think that this race would be outstanding. I actually think that the hp to weight ratios aren't very far apart, and that they are both extremely impressive ratios. This is definitely a traction race and a driver race. Both of you guys are obviously bold spirits, and that is exactly what makes us want to race or build a fast machine in the first place. Let's get it on. There is a place. You guys email me.
My 550cc injectors are small. but they haven't leaned out yet. i run them at about 95%duty according to my apexi monitor. But my dry n2o system raises pressure quite a bit. btw, when an injector is run at 99-100% duty cycle, it stays open and gas almost just pours in. you will run very rich at 99% duty. don't listen to those crappy magazines that tell you that you want to run 75% and 80% at the most. also 555cc are good to about 400rwhp.
anyhow, i want to see both of you race! also, if your in roanoke oneday let me know. i'd like to see your car. a friend is building a hatch with a h22 turbo. no doubt the hatches are light at about 2200lbs. so lets get this race happening!
