If you'll go back and reread what I said, I meant that the IS300s interior is very disappointing, and not far better than my Cobras interior, like it should be.

I even said "its better than my cobras, but thats not saying much."

Obviously I dont think too highly of my Ford interiors.

And yeah, American cars can't handle while going fast in a straight line. It's Physics, American = the Anti-turn.

Go ask anyone with a Z06.

I have a supercharged Cobra with a few suspension mods.

And the 18's wasnt sarcastic Jackie.

And believe me, the amount of suspension parts available for FBodies, Vettes, Vipers, and Cobra/GTs will amaze anyone. It's not hard to make these cars turn.

I'm referring to the interior parts, ie; dash/console, seats

Hell you go on is300.net and the main complaint of the cars is how cheap the interior feels/looks

And that "chronographic" gauge meter you can barely read

I like GS interiors.. they aren't amazing either, but the IS300 I drove just seemed like the interior was a huge afterthought.. nothing like a European interior.

All the amenities are great... But thats why the cars are so heavy. And, as my great grandpappy would say.. just more shit to break.

the only complaint i have about my interior is the cupholder...as for euro interiors i had a 2k gti before this and it fell apart on me...seats broke, radio lights went out, cupholder broke, sunroof wouldnt retract and cd changer broke a month after i had it...not to much to say about bland euro interiors...but thats my experience someone elses might be different...im not saying the IS's interior is the best ever i just dont think by any means thats its cheap...if you test drive one you will be overwhelmed...but once you have one you adapt and learn to love it

TooCool was asking me what the point of my rhetorical question was...it was to counter this argument. I'm not saying a Mustang can't handle. I just can't make a post with no reply in it so I threw in a rolling eye because TooCool is a fucking idiot. Go back to page 6 if you need a reference.

i love everything about my interior. i dont think its cheap at all. how can the combination of suede and leather be cheap? i like it alot. the car is heavy. i found that out with a recent fishtailing incident. that also doesnt mean that there isnt room for improvement.
any car can turn/go fast in a srtaight line. just depends on how much money you want to put in it.
wheel size is a preference, not a requirement.
im glad a thread about an is300 can turn into an arguement and a mustang and a fucking honda.
