My dads a VB firefighter, the story he ended up with was that the kid snuck out of his house, and WAS drunk. The police knocked on his door after the accident, and his mom said it couldnt be him, because he is in his bed sleeping. Well she was in for a suprise.

i could be wrong
To run a toxocology report, all you need is some blood, any blood for that matter. Im 99% positive what I said in my above post is the actual truth, it came straight from emergency personnel.

so was he infact drunk or high? how did he just run straight into that tree?

He was burnt, But not fried to a crisp. Just he was unnoticeable. He most likely died on impact, It was a big dent in the tree and a fiberglass car cannot do that much damage unless it was going very fast. He was drunk I hear, And their has to be some blood that is not burnt that they could run a test on. The whole car wasnt burnt... He could have been high too.


Does anyone have anymore pictures of the car???? This has been buggin' the shit out of me if he is dead on impact or from the fire. We can hope it was impact.

Hey it was a 17 year old senior he was drinking and then lost control and ran off the road hit a tree and the car burst into flames, he was my boys friend...RIP
