i really didn't notice any understeer at deals gap, my driving was pretty neutral out at the dragon, except a couple of times where i actually had to deal with oversteer

It will understeer on tight turns and actaully most low speed turns. On long sweepers if you are going ridiculously fast you will contrallably oversteer. Evo is a very easy car to drive at the limits and very predictable. But what I am saying is you will not loose performance if you are willing to go radical more then likely you will gain
