bought a h23 head from this guy and it "runs and came off his girlfriends running car" i took the head to performance unlimited today in norfolk around 10am b4 i went to work and they called me around 2pm and said"hey is this will?, ("yes it is")well we just finish the compression test on your head and we thought you might want to know that we found 4 bent valves and stopped the test and figured we would call you to see if you still wanted the head milled"("are there more than 4 bent or did you even check the rest") "well the first 4 we checked were bent so we just stopped there"

i will never buy from him again

Do not give any money to Jeff Norman no matter where he works...I gave him $6000 dollars to order parts for my car. The only thing I got was a $2900 front clip and a month later I got a Spec clutch(only because several other people came in and ordered and someone else handled the money). He has taken money from several other people and not ordered their stuff as well. Come to find out when I gave him my 6k he deposited into his acct which was already -$1600, so I automatically lost $1600 dollars. For a month he gave me a run around why my parts hadn't come in, then they were on back order. I called the companies he supposedly ordered through and they told me no order had ever been placed. I was trying to be nice about it but he told me the other day he would bring me a couple hundred over to hold me off until he got the rest(Why he would need time to get money that should have never been spent anyways I don't know) and he never showed up. Then he wouldn't answer his phone, return phone calls, return pm's on here. I now had to get a lawyer to go after him for my other $2700 dollars.

All I can say is that if you ever run into him no matter where he works don't trust him with anything. I hear he is going over to work for the owner of Little Joe's(something about them starting a wheel and tire business where Auto works used to be). This guy can't have any clue about Jeff(just like I didn't when I met him). I know I know a fool and his money are soon seperated but damn I thought the guy was legit. I just feel sorry for his business partner cause now he is left cleaning up the mess.!
