Post a pic of your offroader/4x4.
I did 2 coats, first coat thick and second just to fill in anything I missed. I still have about a 1/4th gallon left you could prob do a 3 coat if you wanted, but im thinking of doing my rock rails with it i dont know yet tho. make sure you prep good I had a few rust holes I fiberglassed over
Getting new tires... I have BFG A/T's right now in 33x12.50x15... Thinking of getting Goodyear MTR's with Kevlar, or BFG KM/2. What do you guys think?
Get the goodyear wrangler mtr's with kevlar for sure. I've heard nothing but good things about them, there good for every terrain you can throw at them, wet or dry, on or offroad.
I would go for the MTRs also. Ive been out with guys running them and have been more impressed with them than the KM2s. Also, the ones I've seen perform were on TJs (among other vehicles).
That's the tire I'm leaning towards the most, but they're also considerably more expensive from what I've been seeing. Anyone want to help me dig for the best price? I've been encouraged to buy locally, but I'm pretty certain I'm going to be able to get a better deal online and then just pay to have them mounted and balanced.
Yeah, they are pretty expensive. I'm by NO means calling the KM2 a inferior tire, they are a nasty tire also but imo don't put out like the MTR.
Have you checked out the Wild Country MTX? I know a couple of guys running them and absolutely love them. Air them down and they grip off road really well. I'm thinking about putting them on the Cherokee after it gets lifted. Here's a link. . . http://www.thetiremedic.com/Tires/wild_country_mtx.htm
