One of the guys I shoot with is the king of bargains. I bet I can get you a shotgun for under $150. But, remember, shells cost something (figure on $5-6 for a box of 25 shells), and so do range fees ($5 per round - round is 25 clays - for non-members). Heck, you can get Remington 870s all day for under $300.
It really doesn't cost that much to get a shotgun.

yea, but that's a lot when I'm trying to save as money as I can this summer.
We also have to meet up this summer because I plan on going up to Richmond in August and it looks like I don't plan on coming back much.
