would have been bad news for ole boy in that F150 pick up. I can guarantee you that I would have pulled out my carry gun and as soon as he started chasing my friend. I would have been squeezing off some rounds left handed. Cops would have never found out who done it... but home boy would have 24 chances to get one in his back.

Even so... You have authority to protect yourself or your neighbor from somebody trying to kill them. By use of deadly force if need be.

this was the exact topic of discussion on SA when I saw that vid the other day.

apparently the riders aren't entirely innocent either. speeding through residentials and by people's driveways. does not warrant running a dude off the road at ALL. but that guy just like his neighbors was probably fucking fed up with their bullshit.
