Oh man. it was soo funny. We did a drive by moon on you (well, we thought it was you in the sentra) for a good 5-10 seconds. Justin sat down and we looked over and were like "your not TOM!!!!!!" oopsie.

 

that won't hold uch longer... custom car care's three ain drivers haven't competed yet, but they will. they pulled an 18.997 and two 19.1's i believe. I gonna try to break their record when i get the camaro going.

 

Damn right!!! It'sd about having a good time. you don't have to have a fast car to have a good time. By the way, it's about 70% driver and 30% car

 

ive got video of most of the event, i will be editing it shortly and posting it up in eye candy. that red 240 sounded awesome, the blue dodge truck was my favorite, and i was suprised to see hissn loose to the metro.... but oh well i actually enjoyed the event but a video comp will be here shortly

 

Hissn's car is very fast I'm sure, but he has to coast around the turns. If one of the turbo's deside to think about spooling, I'm sure he is going sideways. say with adam's car (red 240).

 

Not to be a "hater" but last night was by far the worst time I've ever had at Langley:

1) 80+ cars? Are you fucking serious? The time trials lasted to almost 9, and I was ready to fucking go by then.
2) I left at like 10:30ish, and the first round of the A-main was finishing up. WTF?
3) It was funny the first couple times some people brought some junkers out to race around...but mainly because they weren't slow as dog piss, and if they were they made it a point to wreck them. No one wants to see a mini-van race around the track unless it's going to explode, or be faster than you thought it would.
4) Who the fuck was the guy on the mic in the pits? Please, take it away from him, he annoyed everyone.
5) Learn to stagger the starts a little better. Bumper to bumper, are you fucking kidding me?
6) Eliminate time trials. That shit is incredibly fucking boring, and ruins most of the chance for the "underdogs" to win.
7) Start on time.

A lot of this I agree on, sadly, but true. I've been sitting down all day trying to think of a way to to set up the cars where you don't automatically end up with #1 in A-main, and #2 in B-main. That pretty much sums up some winners right there. And my beater isn't slow! 21's are coming.

 

I agree. Last night was terrible. Way too many cars. Way too many people that suck at driving period. They need to match people up a little better for the one on ones. Who wants to see the 2 fastest cars race on the first race and now the second fastest car is going to b main. Why did they give the same guy by runs through the whole b main til the finals. My car is slow as balls in time trials, casue I'm between 4-6K rpms the whole time on a b16, so I'm never in my powerband. Then they match me up against the metro.
