FWIW, incase it scared anybody off, the heat is now hooked up. Works goo too. Took it out for a drive last Sunday.

As it sits now, no. It does not have a cat. That is easy enough to fix. Depending on which engine you wanted in it, the best I can say is maybe. With the stock one it in, I don't know why it wouldn't (with the addition of the cat). With the 12.5cr motor, I'm not sure. Not sure how "clean" it is since we don't test for emissions down here.
