15%, but I think its BS that "3 inch piping that is reasonably quiet." over "stock exhaust" adds 5% rice. I'd rather use the stock exhaust if it was sufficient for my power goals, but it's not. I don't see how power modifications are rice.

Rice mods = mods that make your car LOOK like it's faster when it ISN'T.

My favorites are a maroon C5 around here with a cowl hood, big aluminum wing, ugly ass body kit, and chrome the fuck out wheels

Then again there's a PT Cruiser with literally everything you could order for it from JC Whitney and Pep Boys and a 300c that looked cool cause it was a custom burnt orange color with rims...til it passed and it had a MKIV Supra wing. I'll get pics.
