The lesson to learn here is. If your going to make a team, make it with friends youll enjoy it with. Dont have a hierarchy. Just make it a hangout type deal. Don't name it with initials.. or replacing the S with Z's. Or mispelling it on purpose to make it look different. And dont paint your car highligher green.
