Right. Throughout this thread, nobody was insulting you. From all I've seen, people were just giving you information based on their experiences. Some of them are the most experienced SRT4 owners in this area, and one is a mechanic whose skills I highly respect. Hell, I even still call him asking autmotive advice pretty frequently. Nobody is talking bad about you. I think everyone is in agreement that SRT4's are nice cars, and they don't want to see you screw yours up. I do that kind of thing all day over at WRXTuners.com.

i paid 23k for mine, and in technicalities, only have about 500 in mods. i am back to a stage II (about 275hp) due to grenading my tranny at the track last year while running ~425 hp (that is an estimate...never made it to the dyno cause of driveline issues....there is already been several threads about that.... )

i sold my FMIC, turbo, and related goodies off for more then i paid (WD pricing helps me ) and managed to get a nice stage II for about 500, plus the cost of my new gearset for the tranny.

its a fun car to drive, handles decent (working on that now) and has room to haul things other then ass.

Well, I know a guy with a car that runs 7's in the 1/4. Does that make me better than you? No. Someone is always going to be faster. Everyone knows that. Nobody is calling you out. However... I believe there are several on this board that would easily outrun you. Just settle down. This is the internet, after all. It gives the world a voice, and the world has apparently chosen to use that voice to argue about stuff...

I don't know man it's sort of large. I know I don't want to be the one setting behind you at the movies.

Oh, wait a minute. Which head were we talking about?

Oh, and someone that is "vertically challenged" like yourself should probably sit in the front row anyways......

Hey that helps with aerodynamics when I ride in convertibles.
