but see I have always looked at it like, the money I would spend on wheels or kits or paint could have been put into making the car perform better.

when I set my goal in the probe, then maybe I will make it look good also.

Yea, but personally I like a car that is fast but also looks good going fast. Wheels/stance truely make or break the way a car looks. You can take a completely stock car and put some sick wheels on it with a nice agressive stance and people will break their necks looking at a stock car

Body kits are pretty touchy in terms of looks, I really didn't like the kit i had on my last 240, but i was kinda stuck since i didn't want to spend 3g's on a real vertex kit, and i knew i was just going to break the front bumper (which i did twice). And at the time that was the best looking cheap kit i could really find for s15 front (i bought it over 3 years ago..) Anyways, clean looking is the key to body kits and is exactly why veilside kits all look like complete asshole along with bomex. Anways yea i dunno what i am trying to say..

DO you know a guy named mike, (had a white del sol with black rota slips, then a blue swapped 89' 240)? He told me that a guy named Chris helped him with his swap, probably a different guy, just wondering. I almost bought that car, until i found out it ran lean for awhile because of a clogged fuel filter and something was off in the motor. fast car though.

I didn't touch that fucking car.. god that thing was a mess... but yea I know him. I AM doing his swap on his new car as we speak. I've swapped somewhere around 12-15 240's both s13 and s14.

that car is actually back up for sale in the for sale forum by the new owner. that makes me wonder.

so do you do swaps just for friends and stuff like that or do you have a set amount that you charge for everyone? Ive also heard that good SR's are becoming harder and harder to find, have you had many problems?

(im considering buying a 240, just as a car that i can take part and really learn about engines, suspension etc. then put it all back together with quality stuff.)
