LOL! The gf and I were talking about her bike last night (bought her a cb400f) and what we should do to it.

I IMMEDIATELY linked her that bike and she went all .

she loves the bikini fairing. I'm shitting bricks over the chin spoiler.

I really want to know the exact amalgamation of parts on that front end.
the rear shocks look to be at least an inch taller than stock but the front end is dropped like 2" down the fork tubes.
I'm all sorts of what the fuck right now.

oh yeah and tire tubes for fork gaiters? FUCK YES.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BzJ7-QiTOe4&feature=player_embedded I'm pretty sure these are EXACTLY the same colors that are going on Elrich's bike.

well.. I know the gray is close, I'm hoping the gold turns out similar.

mmmmm digital tach on a cb750

Been looking at doing the conversion for a while now. I'm going to get a Dyna2000 and I think the VF750 digital tach looks clean as shit.

1200 seem's like alot of cc's for a small frame bike like the 1200. How does it compare to ... let's say a CRB1000RR? Power wise? Because that is all I can really base my assumptions on.
1200 Sportster's are not a lot of bike. Power is good, delivery is real smooth. Longer gearing I'd imagine.

I was washing my bike the first year I had it and noticed a bit of belt showing and parked it until I had new tires. Scary shit.

Something I've never understood...

If I can commute and ride a 50cc bike with 2hp just fine everyday single day of the year with no problems, other than I can't get on the Freeway...

Why is it everyone always says that you shouldn't get a 250cc, 400cc, 883cc, or whatever bike, because "you'll grow out of it"

It's never made sense to me, lighter is more fun.

BTW, I rarely even get on the highway in my car either when I do drive it... I much prefer the side roads.
