The only difference that I know of is the difference between the 03-05 and the 07+, which is from 07+ they added the PCV system. Other then that I have found no differences while using the manual to help solve some of my problems, and I have a 09.

God damn that is nice. I do agree that there is something not so appealing about that color. But it still looks awesome.
