I can promise you that IS NOT the truth. Richmond Ford serviced all of Richmond City and many State Trooper cars....they DO NOT top out at only 117.

Given that speedos aren't 100% accurate, even though theirs are certified.... One of the led lightbars started to act like a wing and lift off of the car during a pursuit down chippenham. The officer recalled the speedo hitting 125 when the roof sounded like it was about to rip off.
