There's the link to my build thread. Thanks for the compliments guys! I just wasn't sure if vadriven was cool with linking other forums. Lol
I think there would be a problem if you came here trying to get members to leave here, you aren't. You just linked to show a great build! I think no harm was in that. Man, that's a great looking 5, pretty sweet! I'm partial to the older builds anyway. You decided to lift it any?

3.5 rock crawler lift (plus some supporting mods)
33x10.50x17 (265/70/17)
and surco roof rack
im thinking that sounds fun.
Sounds good! Hope this works out, i'm pretty interested to see how it plays out!
Thanks for the compliments guys. Yeah I'm a va local...live in stafford actually, go to school at radford university. I have thought about doing a 2.5" suspension lift with 32s, maybe 33s. I want to keep it classic looking so i don't want to go overboard.
The '05 TJ I have doesn't or at least I haven't found them yet.. no lie.

And yes, they all definitely have them. They have quite a few drain plugs in the tub, actually
Yeah, you should have on in each footwell (driver/passenger/rear driver/rear passenger) and two in the "trunk/bed" area. One under the rear seat and one near the tailgate if memory serves me correctly. They have rubber caps.

There are the round rubber caps/plugs, and then there are more permanent plugs that you can take out as well that are oval shaped. They're a bit harder to get out, but I recently found out you can get the oval drain plugs from the JK and they fit right in so you can close the hole back up when you want to and it looks OE if you go that route. Mine was already half ass bedlined when I bought it, and it didn't have any drain plugs in it, but I just bought replacements online and I'm going to take the "permanent" ones out and get the JK drain plugs.
But yeah, there are like 4 additional oval plugs on top of the others. You can definitely drain these bad boys out.
Word. Ever thought about building up a commander? I've seen a few lifted ones and they look pretty damn good.. shaped kinda like the Cherokees
i have thought about it... they are the same suspension platform as the WK grand cherokees.... but we'll see because for some reasons im finding commanders are selling for more money with the same amount of miles on them.... honestly.... i'll probably pick up the first WK Grand or XK commander that i come across with the lowest mile / price ratio.... either way i love both body styles.
offer still stands ifoam. sign title, drive f350 to my house, leave title in seat, then ill drive you home. ill even play with your wiener if need be to make the f350 stay in my driveway......
exploder is almost running again, cleaned that crap out, changed valve stem seals, longer pushrods, changed oil&filter. just need a few things to be put back on and it should be good
