Joker, I'd still prefer to avoid it... And with my luck It would happen to me as soon as I get something fixed or something, never when it would be beneficial. Its one thing if they munch up your bike and you can walk away resulting in a new bike but the odds aren't for that.

And in his scenario he had a 5 month recovery before he was able to get back on the bike, even then he looked like he was still having trouble walking after that. Don't know about you but taking my favorite thing away from me for 5 months and making me walk funny for the rest of my life sure as hell isn't worth an number they would consider reasonable. I'm sure all or most of what he got went to medical and rehab so as I see it he gained nothing.

 

Saw the guy from the video on another forum. He broke his leg and some other ish. He's in recovery mode. His boss is about to fire him b/c he can't come back to work. He got like $30,000 or something from this. Women was 100% at fault. He didn't even have to use the vid as evidence. Also some other vids on youtube of him riding like a tool.
