Nope. NADA is like $7k on the car, I just spent $1k a couple months ago putting a fresh bumper on. The car still has the Koyo radiator, Spoon stuff, Toda flywheel, upgraded driveshaft, K&N intake, CR interior, and a fairly fresh motor. I think my asking price is MORE than fair, and it is somewhat negotiable but not that much. Bottom line, you will not find a S2000 in this condition, for a better price, guaranteed.
