And i gotta throw my .02 on the rent/mortage idea....
Ill mortage this house, it costs me 1000 a month. But guess what, i dont want to live there so ill rent it out to someone for 1200 a month. Imagine that, in 15 or 30 years ill own this place, and have actually made money out of the situatin
