I was just browsing through the beginning of the post and saw that some dirt cart people were talkin smack! There aint no way!!! that that they'll hang in there with the asphalt guys. They have no idea what kinda G's we pull. They wont last. All they do is slide around and through mudd....... They'll be crying when its all over. Count on that.

ok here is my numbers from my first time. 28.68 best with average of 30.734. i didn't these were too bad for my fist time. i had a BLAST!!!!!. i will be going back later

If that was your virgin run you will pick up alot the next time out. A little bit of practice and you will be chasing the record and spending a ton of money trying to get it. It is still cheaper than the real thing...and your buddies can go to that is the cool part. You might not be the fastest there but as long as you are faster than your friends then you will always be happy when you leave. Go back and and bust some low 27s. they are respectable.

 

i had a blast and that is really all i'm looking for. its like when i auto-x.i don't win but i always have fun. thats really all i'm looking for. i would of done a little better but i was trying to pass people all the time. there was 1 person in my group that had ever done it before. i plan on going back tonight for 1 or 2 heats. anyone else going? i'll meet up with you out there.


edit***** the results are in. since i can't seem to find my sheet from the first heat i'll give you what i got off my 2nd. best lap time of 27.589 the 2nd heat they opened the whole course up. that is fun but tricky. best lap time there was 45.318 with an average of 46.167

 

yea well that place is awsome as hell i have never been to the one in richmond but im in the 28's here but we have a boy that races motorcross that has broken into the 26's so im thinking that shit is fast. 28's is the fastest i can run right now until i figure out how to keep from sliding soo much so if there are any tips on traction i would appreciate that, but it is addicting i have lost some money already that should be going towards my car.

 

i'm not really the best for tips but here is was i know. slide the seat all the way forward to even up the wieght ratio. and don't have it floored in the corners you know you slide in. lift or break as needed
