So, I tried the 90/38 combo and its no bueno for me. I'm sputtering at WOT (if I gun it off the line, if I ease to WOT its fine), and its sputters off the line. And my top speed dropped to about 40 or so, where as before the airbox delete and jetting I was hitting 45. I think I'm going to just try the 82/38 combo tomorrow (weather permitting) and go from there. I also need to figure out what the deal is with my idle, its all over the place right now.

Your idle is going to be off because you need to adjust your air/fuel screw on your carburetor. It is located on the side that faces the CVT cover, it is a D shaped bolt. The best way that I have heard to make a tool to adjust it is to take a BIC pen get it really hot then press it to the screw and let it cool on it and wala you have a D shaped tool one.
I am running pretty good on mine with a 80/38 set up. I am going to be attempting to tune this set up more here this coming weekend.
The sputtering off the line is because you need to shim your needle, but dont do that until you have dialed in your main jet. The easy way yo do this is to figure out which jet gives you your highest top speed.
