dude there were more than one group of people there smoking bud. i was in one of the group and if the cops came then thats our problem not urs. if they smell it we are gonna get in trouble not you.. they put the fountains for public use so really the cops cant say sheit.. when people speed off thats when they step in and do their job..

 

you are all insane. i'd be way too paranoid to smoke where cops have a very good chance of showing up.

wayne.. i <3 you but this was stupid. i smoke all the time, and you know it.. but at least have some type of respect for the people who dont. plus, its ILLEGAL. Not only will the cops give people tickets for whatever shit is on their car, but now they'll want to search it.. or do something in order to find whatever it is they smell. go drive around for a bit, smoke, and then come back. but seriously.. why must you do it in a public area, with 100 people around? i dont get it.
