btw just got my new harness in and PWJDM gas cap

 

Got my jetting straight, finally. 38/88 with shimmed needle. Hit 47-50 going down northhampton this afternoon, and kept up with traffic on Independence. Idle is still all fucked up. I tried doing the BIC pen thing but I can't get it to work. Bout to get online and see if I can order the tool anywhere.

 

Good luck on finding the tool, I remember looking a while ago and it turned out to be pretty difficult. The other trick that i heard people talking about was to cut a groove in he middle of it so that you could use a flat head screwdriver.

 

You have to get it out to do that... I may just ride up to the dealer with my dremel and pay them to pull it out so I can cut a groove in the damn thing

 

That actually isnt a bad idea. I am getting off work now and going to go mess with my jetting some more.

haven't asked just yet. I'll talk to her about it tonight though. Gotta make sure she can handle a newborn and a 6 year old without killing herself.

And I think I'm going to try and order this and see if it works. $10 shouldn't be too hard
