What can I use to remove powder coat easily?
Small angle grinder with a wire wheel do the trick?

Aircraft Remover? I use that to remove paint off some BMW wheels. All I had to do was brush it on the wheel, let is soak and do its thing, then wash off and dry. It's a pain to work with though. If it gets on your skin, it burns like hell.

Aircraft paint remover should do it. You will probably have to do a few coats though.
