SIDE NOTE:

started learning on the bike today....

musta stalled out like 15 times.....

but i only got to spend like 10-15 minutes messing with the bike....

found out the rear tire is mounted BACKWARDS. hahaha

set my brake number, adjusted the shock and clutch cable some.... etc...


what kinda gasoline is recommended for these bikes?

pretty much any sporty motorcycle needs higher octane, b/c they have fairly high compression ratios usually.

just to clarify people, higher octane doesn't make more power. octane is a measurement of a fuel's anti-knock properties. yeah, race gas makes more power, but it's not b/c of the higher octane, it's b/c of the additives in the fuel, which make the fuel burn hotter/faster, so they need higher octane to resist detonation.

there will be a test later, so write that down
