Corvettes seem to do just fine w/o additional aero. Do these cars generate a bunch of lift at speed?

I'd imagine even a stock s14 at the speeds you'll be seeing at VIR would be sketchy.. Honestly a lot of stock cars can surprise people with the amount of lift and diving under braking(although thats more of a suspension issue).

I know the MG gets some serious lift under the front at 90++ and becomes way too light.

Don't vettes have full underbody plastic from the factory? Also, if you had a 580-600whp C5 Z06 wouldn't you want some extra downforce?

I'm kinda low on funds so I won't be buying too much stuff for a while. Looks like it will be more of a street car for now.

Nothing wrong with that. You should definitely hit up track/auto-x events if you can! It will be plenty functional and a blast to drive I'm sure. Keep up the hard work.

Blah Blah Blah... No one said it couldn't be tracked as is. Just take the weight off your right foot. I fully intend on going to Summit Point in it in a few months. I expect it to be ready for me to drive when I arrive.
