It got hijacked by three civics with green underglow neons.

 

Well, if anyone actually still cares, another update. The motor is once again delayed, as the shipping people never shipped the motors. The owner of the place i bought it from flew out to get them "motivated" to send them. Then, when the motor should be there by today, the truck driver gets arrested and thrown in jail. Weak sauce. So they wont get it till at leasssttttt Friday, which means at least another two or three weeks before I am back on the road. I love how this shit works out.

Oh my fucking god. The motors came in yesterday, but when I spoke to the owner of Kingpin, he told me that there was confusion, and he sold the motor to someone else!! So I managed to find a different motor at a different company (Forester XT motor from Gruppe-S), the only one anyone has, one that I didnt want, and would cost me more money, and was just about to finish orderin that (just had to get the credit card out), when the guy from Kingpin calls back today and says, "Ya, we got something worked out for ya. We got the version 8 motor for ya, and its also the spec c version". So now I canceled the other order, and I am getting the v8 spec c motor. About fucking time. Ive had enough piss-offedness for one year. Should see ya guys up on the road next week

And now I just found out, its not a v8 sti spec c motor, its a v9 sti spec c motor!
