Got hit on my Metro today. Fuckin' elbow/shoulder are killin' me.

I got cut off by a guy turning left across my lane and instead of him just standing on the accelerator when he finally saw me, he just stopped in the middle of my lane. I grabbed both brakes hard and swerved- I nearly got around him but I clipped his rear bumper and it sent me flying.

Glad I was wearing all my gear!! Helmet and gloves saved me agood bit of pain.

Completely ridable- just sorta boogered up on the right side from sliding.

I haven't decided whether or not I'm going top replace the body panels or just repaint the whole thing.

 

Damn, i was gonna offer to buy your final drive gear! lol.

And to the people who have CDI's, you might wanna watch out revving to the 10k area and beyond. I have read and experienced that when you start hearing a rattling that sounds like loose change in a pocket, that is your valve floating.

Im probably gonna swap the 45t final drive gear from a MET I to replace the 47t gear on the ruckus. Get a taller gear by ~6%.
