this shooting made a bigger impact on my highschool than 9/11
every classroom had cnn on.

I know quite a few people at VT... but none in NYC

 

 

Yeah. It really hits home when I have been to most of the places I'm seeing on the news. I can't imagine what the people who are students there and witnessed it are going through.

And a friend of mine is a police officer in Blacksburg. I'm pretty sure I saw him on one of the videos on the news.

 

they do it all the time up here in h'burg area. my girlfriend is coming up on 10 years as an EMT/ALS provider. she says other restaurants/fast food places do this for rescue personnel all the time

my sisters at radford right now. as you can imagine she knows a few people at tech, some with sisters at tech, friends at tech. i hate to say it, but odds are i or my sister know someone who has been shot
