Seriously, I think you get a little too butthurt, over this topic. Honestly, you spouting off random probe facts/times/performance, just makes YOU look like the toolbag in the end. If you want to shut them up, spend a bunch of money on your probe and make it fast, it works for me, although I'm not on a completely 1-track mind, as it seems you are about probes. I think if you left the "probe realm" for like a month, and focused on learning as much as you could about other performance oriented sports coupes, from an EG hatch, and their potential, or an LS1 F-body, and their potential, or maybe even a Toyota Supra, or such, you would see that there's a LOT of things out there better than a Probe. Hell I've researched, owned, and driven a LOT of vehicles, from RWD V8's, to big cube Tri Five Chevy Gassers, to rat rods, to 131 trapping daily driven Honda's, to Evo's, and the like, and guess what, I still own a probe, but I also respect the other cars for what they are. Seriously, learn something dude. This is not a personal attack, I'm just trying to get you out there learning something new, expanding your knowledge
