I wouldn't have brake checked a fucking 7000 pound vehicle.
I fully agree that was stupid in all aspects
I have a feeling they were about to do some "questionable" things like probably shutting the highway down for whatever reason or maybe they already had a close call with the driver and the rider was confronting him. but either way he then ran over several bikes before they beat the shit out of him...
proper thing would have been waiting for the po po after he hit the bike and let them clear it up.
