For the motor, take off the inspection cover and remove the plugs, spin it slowly and listen for shit.
I've picked up motors from endo tumbles that were fine though. as long as the mounting points are still in tact it should be fine.
I hope you get compensated fairly.

depends on how long it was running... and how many times it flipped.
for insurance purposes I'd call that motor toast.
