Help:350z or S2000
The answer to this question completely depends on what you're going to do with the car.
If you're going to take a lot of longer trips, "grand touring" so to speak, I'd go for the Z, as it's probably on average more fun in a greater variety of road situations, it's an overall faster car, et cetera.
If you plan on really spending a fair amount of time really pushing the car and the at-the-limit characteristics are a big deal for you, go with the S2k, because in the powerband it's a fucking hoot. It's a four-wheeled sportbike.
If you were a really strong Honda or Nissan nut you wouldn't be having this dilemma, so I won't address that.
I'm honestly not sure which I'd go for. I'd have to think long and hard about it. The 350Z would be in danger of being replaced in the comparo by a C5 vette for me though, as it does all the same sorts of things but is a hair better at most of them. The S2k is a whole different paradigm from either car.

G35 is heavy and slow. It can't handle near as good as a 350z and doesn't look as good either.
