Man fuck that. Put slicks on. Run it. You'll be surprised at what you can do.
For your class, you'll be fine. We're hoping to get Coffeys black Si in the 9s, and that car is making way more power than this. BUT he's had problems everytime he's gone out.

Main thing is: have fun.

This sport has gotten outta control with the newest precission billet wheel new motec box, new pair of slicks every other pass, etc etc. I havent had a car together to take to the track for about 4 years. I've built plenty of setups but sold em off before doing anything.

Only things I hate are:
-turbo is too small. Needs Precision 6765
- the trans is glass once you get up there in torque
- front bumper but I hate 94-97 fronts

I love how your friends actually got together and built something. Something my 'crew' has kinda forgotten.

Good luck man and I hope you come to imports vs domestics.
yes it will definitely be run in maryland, but im not sure if its enough power to run a 9 like i had planned. im sure the car will see the 10.3 range, if not a little quicker im hoping. i personally think it would have made more power on a smaller turbo, or this turbo with a bigger exhaust housing, but i dont think it would have been as smooth or as wide of a tq pull. if it was an 84mm sleved setup, im sure it would have seen 650 or more easily, or even if it was ported or anything. we will see how it runs friday at VMP though, if it will hook.

I don't think it did bad considering its on stock sleeves and used srp pistons! Maybe I will come up there for some shakedown passes and we can throw another spring in

lol if the track tune up is there you can run 9s with 600hp all day, shit the first time we took my car out it was only making 670 or so on a fucking 42r and it still went a 9.8 at 15x

not the track, the "tune up for the track" theres alot that goes into getting a car down the track than just what it does on the dyno
